		<description>Well my first foray into e-petitions has been a bit of a damp squib with only 41 signatories before the closing date. I can only conclude from this that either people don&#039;t agree with my suggestion, not may people saw it or people are too apathetic to enter a few details on a web form. Unfortunately I suspect the latter to be the closest to the truth </description>
